How CAPFITO was born

Capfito Refillable Capsules

Every idea starts with an intuition.
Ours was to create something sensational to make people appreciate Made in Italy.

To do this, we started from our Piedmont, choosing to carry out the entire creation process of CAPFITO by collaborating with local companies, selected and certified without any compromise.

Capfito is the sum of two passions: for Roberto the one handed down from his father, for precision machining. For Elisa that for espresso coffee, having worked for many years as a cafeteria and bar teacher in hotel schools.

EXPERIMENTAL METHOD

Capfito Refillable Capsules

First the design on Auto Cad, with the first prototypes made using a 3D printer, and then the realisation of the first Capfito in machined aluminium.

The goal was to create a product with the perfect balance between quality and eco-sustainability. Hence the decision to make Capfito in aluminium. Only after a few months of use, which highlighted the practicality and functionality of the object, was it decided to patent it to make it available to everyone.
